Hanagan Farms is excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to become a
CSA member for 2020 growing season!
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership of mutual commitment between a farm and a community, which provides a direct link to the production of local food. CSA members make a commitment to support the farm throughout the growing season, and assume the cost, risks, and bounty of growing food along with the farmer! Know your food, know your farmer! What’s different about our CSA program is that you will be able to pick the product of your choice each week. You pick up your produce any day of the week and in the hours we are open. Except for the Colorado Springs Market, as we are only there on Saturdays. We are offering our CSA program either at our farm location:
25388 County Road 24.5
La Junta, Co 81050
Mary’s Farm Market
Saturday Farmer’s Market at:
Bancroft Park in Old Colorado City
2408 West Colorado Avenue
Old Colorado City, CO
Hanagan's Farm Market in Lamar
We will provide you with one basket for each share and you can fill it each week, with the produce of your choice. The baskets are 1/2 bushel in size. Our CSA Program will begin approximately July 23 and will run for 12 weeks. Please bring your basket and ID card each week when you pick out your CSA share.
Sign up for our CSA Program can be done on-line at www.hanaganfarms.com, fill out the form and use PayPal to make payment. Or you can mail the forms and payment to us. Once we have received your payment, we will send your receipt and a CSA identification card. Please bring this ID card and basket to each pick-up. We will communicate all CSA information through email. The email address we will be using for our CSA program is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hanagan Farms CSA membership starts on approximately July 23, 2020 and runs through October, or 12 weeks. Hanagan Farms CSA membership cost is $225.00 for 1/2 share and $375.00 for full share.
